New Yoga classes in Crystal Palace, Tooting and Clapham!

Sense Yoga Update

Long time no yoga speak!

I hope this finds you all well. I am getting back into a full Yoga flow after a wonderful time playing Mollie in The Mousetrap. It was a great experience but I am very glad to have more Yoga time now. More energy for physical practice and running every day means a little less Yoga Nidra but just as much meditation, it is now a moving meditation! A relocation to Peckham from Clapham heralded quite a change, but it’s good exploring all things Saf East Lundin. Including the Yoga….!
So new classes Saf Lundin style in …..Crystal Palace! I have been asked to join the team at a gorgeous new boutique studio called Bamboo Fitness. On Tuesday evenings I am there 19:45-20:45 teaching Hot Yoga Basics. It’s not too hot, around 30-35 degrees. But hot enough to help build up a good detoxing sweat. This Sunday at Bamboo Fitness I am teaching Hot Yoga for beginners at 10am & Hot Yoga Flow at 11:15am. Also (there’s more!) this Sunday there is a workshop on Headstands, Handstands and Backbends 3-5pm. There are my favourite things so I will definitely be there! I think there are only a few spaces left for it so get booking asap. Lots of options to come join Saf Lundin Yoga!
Please check out the Bamboo Fitness website as there are lots of brilliant classes on offer. All taught by inspiring and very experienced instructors. Classes include Pilates, Barre, Bare Foot fitness, Yoga and 1:1 for more of a push. Groups are always kept small so everyone gets lots of attention.
This Thursday evening I am back at Tooting Bec Track and Gym 19:30-20:45. This is a brilliant local gym run by a lovely team. It’s a busy place so please book ahead so you are guaranteed a mat. I also will be there on the last Sunday morning of every month for meditation, detox and flow!  Toot  toot!
Thursday 12:30-13:45 is Yoga time at Virgin Active Clapham. This week they are installing a new studio floor so join us the week after – if not for the Yoga come see the new swanky floor!! 😉 We have Yoga everyday at this gym so it’s a great place if you need more OM in your life!
Private classes are available again too! Perfect if you want to learn more about the best way to get happy, fit & healthy.  From home, outside, with a group at work – just get on touch!

This workshop is for those who would like to work on expanding their yoga practice to include more of the intermediate & Advanced series of exercises.
Utilising props and partner work you will gain the confidence to try some headstands, inversions and more of the challenging balances like ‘wild thing’ and ‘bird of paradise’.
This 120 minutes workshop starts with a 30 minute flow sequence to warm up the body in readiness for the more challenging postures.
By the end of the workshop you’ll feel more confident in adding inversions to your Yoga practice.

One of Hannah's first memories is being by her mum on a Yoga mat at just 4 years old. It wasn't until the last few years of school that Hannah was reintroduced to Yoga and has been practicing, studying, fitter and a lot more chilled out ever since. In early 2011 Hannah became an RYT 200 hrs certified Yoga Teacher and has loved sharing her knowledge ever since. She enjoys practicing with essential oils and music so expect a little in class and online too! :-)
